Founder Solutions is an independent business setup consultancy. We are not a government authority. You can contact us about privacy through the contact page or on WhatsApp at +971 50 457 6879.

Consultation enquiries: when you submit the contact form we store your name, email, country of residence, what you need, your timeline, your message and your consent confirmation in our secure database (the ‘leads’ table).

Free zone finder: if you submit the finder’s form we store your name, email, your five answers and the zones shown to you (the ‘quiz_leads’ table).

Contact clicks: when you click a WhatsApp or phone link we record the channel, the page path and the time (the ‘contact_clicks’ table). This contains no name, email or IP address.

We use enquiry data to reply to you and prepare a consultation, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests. Contact-click records help us understand which pages are useful, based on legitimate interest. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Only our team and our hosting and database providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. If you ask us to proceed with a service, we may share necessary information with UAE authorities, free zones or banks at your instruction.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case records are kept as long as legally required. Contact-click records are kept in aggregate form.

Data may be processed outside the UAE and the UK. Where it is, we rely on providers with appropriate contractual and technical protections.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); UAE residents may contact the UAE Data Office.

This website uses only essential technical storage needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
